How FSA Ready handles your information

Guide signups

When you request a free guide, FSA Ready collects your email address, the guide you requested, the signup source, timestamps, the consent version shown at signup, and whether you opted in to occasional product updates and claim-prep tips.

We store this information to record guide access, manage the signup, prevent abuse, and honor your communication choice. Product updates are optional and are not required to access the PDF.

Claim-prep tools

FSA Ready may process purchase details, receipt text, or receipt images you choose to submit through the checker. Receipt images and claim packets are not stored by FSA Ready. If database credentials are configured, successful checker submissions may store a limited claim-check record as described in the product documentation.

Analytics and logging

FSA Ready uses lightweight analytics events to understand whether pages, forms, and downloads are working. Guide funnel analytics do not include your email address, subscriber ID, IP address, or claim details.

Operational logs may include the guide slug, operation result, timestamp, and broad error category. They should not include full email addresses.
